The small print

All about booking and payment

• Prices are per person and half-board including spa services. The prices listed are valid from stays of 3 days or longer.

• For stays of 3 days or fewer, the surcharge per person and per night is 20%.

• Full board:+ €10.00; only bookable for the entire stay, not on a day to day basis!

• There is a 25% surcharge on single bedrooms. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to confirm a specific room number or floor.

• Travel insurance:To avoid any inconvenience, we offer travel insurance at Flötscherhof of €30.00 for the whole family. This gives you protection in the event of cancellation at short notice or early departure.

• Cancellation sounds unpleasant, to us as well as to you. We hope you will understand that, in the event of cancellation at short notice (14 days before the holiday is due to begin) and early departure, we have to charge you for 3 days per room at half-board.

• The charge for dogs is €5.50, excluding feed. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in the dining room.

• Confirmation only becomes legally binding once the deposit of €155.00 has been paid.

• You are welcome to pay using Euro cheques, travellers’ cheques or by credit card.

• The place of jurisdiction is Brixen.
