South Tyrolean Cuisine

South Tyrolis situated on the North-South axis between the German and Italian-speaking areas. Linguistic, as well as culinary influences from both sides meet in South Tyrol today. Mediterranean dishes from Italy are as important a feature of our menu as traditional cuisine from South Tyrol. In our menus, we mainly use regional products from controlled cultivation.

South Tyrolean Wine:

No visit to South Tyrol would be complete without it - A good glass of South Tyrolean wine. Our house cellar has a rich repertoire of selected South Tyrolean wines and high quality wines from all over the world. Enjoy a delicious glass by the open fire in our lounge.

For kids:

We have a very special menu plan for children that will make their taste buds tingle, whether they choose “Schnitzel-Pumuckl” or “Pizza-Pinocchio”. And drinks at the juice bar are free all day long for our youngest guests.
